Your Privacy Choices

1. Where things stand today

BUILD does not sell your personal information, and we don't currently run advertising trackers like the Meta Pixel or Google Ads remarketing — so there's no ad-sharing toggle to switch off on this page right now. If that changes, we'll update this page with a real control.

What follows are the privacy rights you have regardless, and how to use them.

2. Global Privacy Control

Because we don't currently run advertising trackers, there's nothing for a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal to switch off today. If we add advertising tracking or an analytics opt-out in the future, we'll configure it to honor GPC automatically.

3. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and why
• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that's wrong
• Delete your personal information
• Get a portable copy of your personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (see above — currently nothing to opt out of)

California residents have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA. EEA, UK, and Switzerland residents have equivalent rights under the GDPR.

4. How to exercise a right

Email support@buildthedamnthing.com with the subject "Privacy request" and say which right you're exercising. We'll ask you to confirm the email address on file so we can match the request, and we respond within 45 days (or tell you if we need another 45).

An authorized agent can submit a request on your behalf with your written permission; we may contact you directly to confirm you gave it.

5. No discrimination

We won't deny you service, charge you a different price, or lower the quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.
