BUILD does not sell personal information for money. We do use the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising, and that means we share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as the California Privacy Rights Act defines it.

This page is where you turn that off, and where you exercise your other privacy rights.

Use the control below to stop advertising sharing. Analytics and the cookies the site needs to work are not affected.

BUILD honors the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends it, we treat advertising sharing as off, and you do not need to do anything else.

To make a request, email support@buildthedamnthing.com with the subject "Privacy request" and say which right you are exercising.

We respond within 45 days, as required. If we need more time, we may extend once by another 45 days and we will tell you.

We will ask you to confirm the email address on file with us. We may ask for additional information so we can match your request to an existing record. We use that information only to process the request.

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission. We may contact you directly to confirm that you gave it.

We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.
